I'm Rayane Declercq, Analytics Engineer. I built Manaray on one conviction: you decide better on data you understand.
My path
From L'Oréal to Smallable, through Chanel, Guerlain, Withings and Mytraffic: years of data work for retail and luxury, in environments where every decision puts margin on the line.
My approach: start from what exists and refine it. I adapt to the environments in place, and I push to rework what deserves it, bringing in new tools when they improve the teams' day-to-day. AI takes its place there naturally, no more, no less.
Independent today, I bring that standard to houses and companies that want to decide on solid ground and embed that data culture in their teams for the long run.
